AI Voice Assistant (Article 50(1)): When you enter the Consultation Room or interact with "Sandy", you are engaging directly with an Artificial Intelligence voice assistant, not a human being. Sandy utilizes real-time speech generation and reasoning models powered by Google Gemini Live.
Synthetic Media & AI-Assisted Multimedia (Article 50(4)): Select audio discussions and video presentations in our Resource Archives (including deep dives and video overviews created with Google NotebookLM) are generated using AI speech synthesis and media tools based on human-curated research, source materials, and editorial oversight. In full compliance with EU AI Act transparency rules, these assets are clearly labeled to disclose the use of artificially generated dialogue, synthetic narration, and AI-assisted visual media.
Informational Nature: Responses provided by Sandy and AI-assisted deep-dive discussions are generated for exploratory brainstorming, workflow discovery, and everyday tech guidance. You should not rely on AI content for certified professional, legal, or financial decisions.
Audio Processing: For live voice sessions, your audio is streamed ephemerally in real-time memory to produce conversational speech. We do not record, store, or retain voice audio or conversation transcripts on our servers.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use the AI services lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.

3. Anonymous Submissions

When you submit an idea or story to our "Idea Board," you grant Zesty Weives the right to display that content anonymously on this website to help others learn from your experiences. Please do not include any personally identifiable information in these submissions.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, code, and mascot (Sandy) on this site are the property of Zesty Weives. We encourage you to share our ideas, but please credit us when you do.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information on this site or generated by our AI voice assistant is error-free. Zesty Weives is not liable for any actions taken or decisions made based on the content of this website or AI voice sessions.
